I move, " To amend the following Futurity Stakes Rules to read: “Puppies who may have been entered by a BHCA Judge, or the Futurity/Maturity Stakes Judge who has been selected to Judge at the Nationals, for the year in which they had nominated a litter for the Futurity may not exhibit at the current years event in which they are judging, but may complete the Futurity nominating process by completing the entire enrollment process for the litter through the July 1st nomination deadline. An additional form supplied by the Futurity/Maturity Secretary, in lieu of actually entering the Futurity/Maturity for which they are ineligible to compete, shall be completed and returned to the Futurity/Maturity Secretary prior to the closing of entries for the current years event.
